Our facility is seeking an outpatient psychiatrist to supply care in the surrounding areas of Crosswick, NJ. 

Setting: Prison

Schedule: This is day shift; times can be discussed, start times are usually between 6am-8am the latest shift would be 8am-4pm for a full day

Patient Population: 18-30 Years Old

Hours Needed: 20 hours/week

Preference is for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, but open to discussing

Assignment Type: Locum

Assignment Length: 6-9 months with the option to extend

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS:

• A physician must complete the 8 hour buprenorphine waiver training program and obtain the required DEA waiver.
• Board Certified OR Board Eligible (non boarded psychiatrists are ok!)

This is a prison setting. It requires following prison safety protocols created by the Dept of Corrections. Everyone must go through a metal detector, have their belongings searched and/or have a physical pat down every time someone enters the prison. This is to prevent contraband from coming into the prison. No electronic devices are allowed inside the prison (NO cellphones or smart watches). The Dept of Corrections takes every precaution to ensure everyone’s safety
