Job Description

Position Overview

Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist opportunity with a community-based outpatient behavioral health program providing psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for children, adolescents, families, and adults. This role is ideal for a provider passionate about serving diverse and underserved communities.

Schedule & Location

Flexible scheduling with opportunities for part-time (10+ hours per week) or full-time employment. Hybrid scheduling may be available based on provider and organizational needs. Long-term locum, locum-to-perm, and direct hire candidates will be considered.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing treatment

  • Treat children, adolescents, families, and adults with a broad range of behavioral health conditions

  • See approximately 4–8 patients per day

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team

  • Opportunity to provide clinical supervision and mentorship to advanced practice providers and trainees

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry

  • Experience treating pediatric and adolescent patients

  • Passion for community-based behavioral healthcare and working with diverse patient populations
