Locum C/A or Adult Telehealth PMHNP in New York

Our facility is seeking an outpatient PMHNP to supply care in the surrounding areas of Lowville, NY.

Setting: Outpatient

Schedule: M-F 8-5PM

• Flexible in scheduling

Patient Population: Ages 4 - end of life

Common Diagnoses: anxiety, depression, psychotic disorders, substance abuse, ADHD, personality disorders, developmental disorders

Assignment Type: Locum

Assignment Length: 3-6 month minimum 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to new grads
• Preference for someone with experience in C&A
• Experience with Telehealth ideal
• Must already be licensed in NY
