Outpatient Psych NP in Woodbury, NY

Our facility is seeking an outpatient PMHNP to supply care in the surrounding areas of Woodbury, NY. 

Setting: Outpatient 

Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Clinic is open 9am - 7 or 8pm
• Provider will have flexibility to make schedule, but afternoon/evening hours are always needed
• Telehealth flexibility after training, ramp period, etc. 

Patient Population: All ages

• average 20% under 12
• 80% 12-80

Hours Needed: 20 hours minimum - 40

Assignment Type: Locum, 1099 direct hire, or permanent

Details: 

Patients/Day: Depends on ratio of evaluations vs. follows up scheduled in the day

Med Checks: Typically do 2 or 3 per hour

Evals: 1 hour
