Permanent Part/Full-Time ACT Psychiatrist/PMHNP in Bronx, NY

Our facility is seeking ACT psychiatrists/PMHNPS to supply care in the surrounding areas of Bronx, NY.

Setting: ACT team - community

Hours Needed: 

Psychiatrists:

• Part time: 14 hours a week, 2 days a week
  
• Full time: 35 hours; 4 days a week
  

 PMHNP's:

• 28 hours a week over 4 days
  

Schedule: Standard business hours (flexible on start/end times)

• 2 or 4 days a week depending on hours worked (provider will choose days between M-F)

Patient Population: Adults

Common Diagnoses: Schizophrenia, psychotic disorders, etc.

Assignment Type: Permanent

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be board certified

Details: 

Patients/Day: Varies, but will see 34 clients over the course of a month

Med Checks: depends on how long the provider needs

Evals: depends on how long the provider needs
