Full-time permanent outpatient psychiatrist position with a growing private behavioral health practice serving primarily adults with conditions including ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, dementia, and other cognitive disorders.
Primarily in person, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling options such as 4x10s or 5x8s. Telehealth may be conducted from the office.
40 hours/week preferred, with the possibility of starting at 32 hours/week and transitioning to full time. No call, nights, weekends, or holidays.
Annual salary of $300,000–$350,000, plus medical, dental, and vision coverage, 20 days PTO, a floating birthday holiday, 5 paid CME/CEU days, $5,000 annual CME stipend, 401(k), malpractice coverage, and coverage of licensing, renewal, and credentialing costs. Relocation assistance of up to $10,000 and visa sponsorship are also available.
You'll provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management, seeing approximately 20–22 patients per day. Evaluations are generally 45–60 minutes, while medication management visits are approximately 20–30 minutes, with flexibility based on clinical needs.
Work alongside PMHNPs, RNs, therapists/social workers, and administrative staff in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. There is no formal NP supervision or chart-review requirement.
BC/BE required. New graduates are welcome, and licensing assistance may be available. Experience treating children is a plus but not required.
