Part-time permanent psychiatrist opportunity with an innovative outpatient behavioral health practice focused on evidence-based, patient-centered care for adolescents and adults. The practice primarily treats depression, anxiety, PTSD, and treatment-resistant psychiatric conditions.
20 hours per week
Two days per week, approximately 8am–6pm
Flexible scheduling by day
Primarily in person, with potential for some hybrid flexibility in the future
Approximately 12–15 patients per day
90-minute psychiatric evaluations and 30-minute medication management visits
Anticipated start in approximately 3–4 months
1099 part-time opportunity
Compensation up to $250/hour
No RVU-based compensation model
In addition to evaluations and medication management, the psychiatrist may have opportunities to participate in quality improvement, clinical supervision, research, and innovative/interventional psychiatric treatment initiatives.
Experience with TMS or other interventional psychiatry is preferred, though physicians who are newer to these treatments and interested in developing expertise are encouraged to apply.
You'll work alongside psychiatric nurse practitioners, TMS-trained clinical staff, office and administrative support, financial specialists, and a dedicated research team in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Board certified or truly board eligible in psychiatry
Experience treating treatment-resistant psychiatric conditions preferred
Must maintain eligibility to bill Medicare/Medicaid
Open to candidates with interventional psychiatry experience as well as motivated early-career psychiatrists interested in training
