Position Overview

Adult Psychiatrist opportunity with a community outpatient behavioral health program serving adults with a wide range of psychiatric needs. The role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment in an established outpatient setting.

Schedule & Location

20–40 hours per week with a minimum commitment of 4 days per week. Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. This is a fully onsite position with no call responsibilities. Multiple clinic locations are available.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment
• Treat adult patients in an outpatient behavioral health setting
• Conduct approximately 10–12 patient visits per day
• Complete 1-hour initial evaluations and 15–30-minute follow-up visits
• Collaborate with an established behavioral health team

Candidate Requirements

• Psychiatrist licensed and eligible to practice in California
• Available to work onsite a minimum of 4 days per week
• Comfortable treating an adult outpatient population
• Strong clinical and patient-centered approach to care

Assignment Details

6-month locum assignment with the option to extend. ASAP start available. This opportunity offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule in an established outpatient behavioral health setting.
