Position Overview
Psychiatrist opportunity with a community-based outpatient behavioral health practice serving a diverse patient population in an underserved region. Providers perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management while delivering culturally responsive care. Bilingual Spanish-speaking psychiatrists are highly encouraged to apply, and providers who treat both children and adults are preferred.
Schedule & Location
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with standard daytime clinic hours. Part-time candidates will also be considered. This is primarily an onsite position, with potential hybrid flexibility for the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary ranging from $295,000-$367,000, based on experience, with potential sign-on bonus, comprehensive health benefits, retirement plan, professional licensing support, and relocation assistance. Locum opportunities are also available at $200-$210 per hour, with travel, lodging, and malpractice coverage provided.
