Our facility is seeking a PHP/IOP psychiatrist to supply care in the surrounding areas of Santa Rosa, CA.
Setting: PHP/IOP
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
Patient Population: 18+
Hours Needed: 32-40
Assignment Type: Preference for Permanent or Locum to Permanent
Assignment Length: 6-9 months with the option to extend or transition into perm.

Patients/Day: 8-10
Med Checks: 15-60 mins (based on the patient and what the provider is comfortable with)
Evals: 1.5- 2 hours
Support Staff: 1 other psychiatrist on staff. Also, Nurses, Mental Health Providers, admins, they pride themselves on a collegial and collaborative work environment.
