Our facility is seeking a permanent, full-time outpatient psychiatrist to supply care in the surrounding areas of Avon, IN.
Setting: Outpatient Clinic - Sees both adult and C&A patients. Provider can choose to see which population they prefer.
Hours: Preference is 40 hours/week, 8am - 5pm (Flexible Schedule)
Type of Assignment: Perm
BC/BE Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT: They prefer a provider to be onsite 100%, but they are open to a provider to be onsite for at least 50%.

CALL DETAILS: Call from home, every 6 weeks. Regarding medication side effects, no refill authorizations.
WEEKEND CALL: No weekends
NIGHT CALL: Generally 2-3 calls per week (Usually each call lasts 15-20 minutes)
