Permanent Full-Time In/Outpatient Child Psychiatrist in Grand Rapids, MI

Our facility is seeking an in/outpatient child psychiatrist to supply care in the surrounding areas of Grand Rapids, MI. 

Setting: Primarily outpatient with a bit of coverage in the inpatient unit (1 week a month)

Hours: 40 hours/week

• 36 clinical hours
• 4 admin hours
• 2-3x a month will have section meetings

Schedule: Monday - Friday

• Clinic open 7:30am-5pm (no extended hours)
• Some hybrid flexibility for scheduled remote Telehealth days (NOT applicable if provider is on J1 visa)
• Provider has a lot of flexibility to define how their schedule is set up within this range

Assignment Type: Permanent 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be board certified or truly board eligible

Evals: 90 minutes

Total Beds – 12 beds in pediatric unit

Call Expectation: Yes

Call Schedule:

• Required 1 time a month
• Evenings by phone
• Rounds on Saturdays and Sundays, 8am - can leave when finished (between 1-6 usually)
