Locum Outpatient Part-Time Child Psychiatrist in Paramus, NJ

Our facility is seeking an outpatient child psychiatrist to supply care in the surrounding areas of Paramus, NJ. 

Setting: Outpatient

Schedule: Provider can pick hours anytime Monday- Saturday, 9am-5pm.

Patient Population: Patients are 6+

Hours Needed: 8-16 hours per week (provider can pick 1-2 days per week) and 1 day MUST be in person.

Assignment Type: Longterm locum or locum to permanent 

Assignment Length: 3 month locums with the option to extend

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• BC is preferred.
• Must be able to see children

Details: 

Patients/Day: 10- 12 (ramping up) As the provider gets comfortable and sees patients, majority will be follow ups and will schedule 2-3 follow ups per hour.

They leave 15 mins every hour for the provider to get caught up on notes

Med Checks: 15-20 mins

Evals: 45 mins (f more is needed, that's fine). Very flexible for new providers!
