Full-Time Residential PMHNP in Bronx, NY

Our facility is seeking a residential PMHNP to supply care in the surrounding areas of Bronx, NY. 

Setting: Residential coverage (mornings) & ACT team (afternoon)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9-5

• Provider will have flexibility to make their own schedule in this range
• Mornings: everyone goes on site and does rounds in the residential facilities at the Bronx
• Afternoons: go out into the community to see patients for ACT portion

Hours: 40/wk preferred

Assignment Type: Permanent

Assignment Length: Longterm

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Need to have one year experience as a PMHNP, or already have completed 3600 clinically supervised hours. AKA - can practice independently as a PMHNP without clinical supervision
• Provider needs to already be enrolled in Medicaid

Patients/Day- Depends

• MAX caseload is 68 (that you would see over the entire month)
• Hard to say how many you would see a day out in the community depending how close they are located to each other. Some days you could do 3-4 that are near each other, other days just 1-2, etc.
