Hybrid Full-Time Adult PMHNP (Bilingual Spanish) in Manhattan, NY

Our facility is seeking an outpatient adult PMHNP to supply care in the surrounding areas of Manhattan, NY.

Opening Info: Bilingual Spanish Speaking PMHNP (ideally with SUD experience) needed for the Adult Outpatient Program.

Common Diagnosis: Full range of mental illnesses: ADHD, Neurodevelopment disorders, depressive disorder, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse/addiction, etc

Setting: Outpatient

Schedule: Monday- Saturday

• 2 Saturdays required a month
• Clinic open 9am-8pm (Provider can make schedule within this range)

Patient Population: 18 years-end of life

Hours Needed: Preference for full-time, 35 hours

Assignment Type: Locum Tenens

Assignment Length: Long term preferred (6-12 months)

Additional Requirements:

• Must have 3600 collaborating physician hours and be able to practice independently
• Must be Bilingual Spanish Speaking 
• Strong preference for someone with Substance Use Disorder experience, but not required
• Active NY license, Active NY DEA, Medicare/Medicaid Numbers 
• Someone local to NYC/commuting distance is preferred
