Our facility is seeking an outpatient psychiatrist to supply care in the surrounding areas of Elmira, NY.
Setting: Outpatient
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm EST
Schedule:
- 1 day per month, full clinical day
- 3-5 hour weeks/month working to meet with patients for med fill appts (Up to 5 hours/week)
- TOTAL about 16-20 hours per month
Hours Needed: 16-20 hours per MONTH
Assignment Type: Locums
Assignment Length: 3 months with the option to extend
Additional Requirements:
- NY License
- BC or BE (Does not have to be truly eligible)
- Must be able to work with ages 6+
- Must be registered with medicaid/medicare
Patients/Day: 12-15
Med Checks; 30 minutes
Evals: 45 mins - 1 hour
