Our facility is seeking an outpatient addiction psychiatrist/PMHNP to supply care in the surrounding areas of New York, NY.
Setting: Outpatient
- Some coverage to their residential facility but that can be done remote, with traveling to the facility 1-2x a month with Medical Director
Schedule: Monday- Saturday
- 2 Saturday's required a month
- Clinic open 9am-8pm (Provider can make schedule within this range)
- 1-2 late nights a week
- HYBRID: preference mostly in person but 2 days a week remote Telehealth is possible
Patient Population: 12 years-end of life
Hours Needed: Preference for full-time, 35 hours
Assignment Type: Locum
Assignment Length: Long term preferred, 6-12 months
Additional Requirements:
- Must have prior addiction experience - including prescribing MAT (Medication for Addiction Treatment) and injectables (if applicable)
- Strong preference/need for Bilingual Spanish Speaking
- Must be Board Certified (psychiatrists)
- Addiction Fellowship Trained or BC in Addiction major plus
- Active NY license, Active NY DEA, Medicare/Medicaid Numbers
- Someone local to NYC is preferred
