Our facility is seeking an inpatient psychiatrist to supply care in the surrounding areas of Ogdensburg, NY.
Setting: Adult Inpatient
Description: Necessary for psychiatric evaluations/admissions, discharges, medication
management, and routine and follow ups as needed. Attend morning meetings, weekly treatment team
meetings, and other ward meetings as necessary. Address legal concerns (i.e. involuntary retention, treatment
over objection) that may arise. Respond to psychiatric emergencies (codes) that may occur. Review/sign test
results, and consults. Collaborate with medical provider and other team members to optimize patient care.
Schedule: 40 hours: Monday- Friday 8am- 4:30pm
