Locum Part-Time PMHNP in Queens, NY

Our facility is seeking an outpatient PMHNP to supply care in the surrounding areas of Queens, NY. 

Setting: Outpatient

Schedule: Monday - Friday

9am-5pm with one day being 12pm-8pm

Patient Population: All ages

Hours Needed: 21-35 hours (over at least 3 days)

Assignment Type: Locum

Assignment Length: Flexible

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be willing to provide Suboxone
• Provider ideally has a bit of experience - they might be the only NP on site some days. Consulting physician is available by phone and will meet monthly, but need to be able to practice without a collaborating supervisor
• Provider should already be licensed in NY and enrolled in Medicaid
• BILINGUAL SPANISH speaking a huge plus!
