Position Overview
Full-time permanent Medical Director Psychiatrist opportunity with a well-established, community-based outpatient behavioral health organization. This leadership role combines approximately 75% administrative responsibilities with 25% clinical care, overseeing psychiatric services across multiple outpatient locations while helping shape clinical strategy, quality initiatives, and provider development.
Schedule & Location
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with a primarily onsite presence and some remote flexibility based on operational needs. The position includes oversight of multiple outpatient clinics within a regional service area, with occasional travel between locations.
Compensation & Benefits
