SETTING: ACT TEAM - Community
F/T or P/T: Part-time, about 14 hrs/week, but open to full-timers
HOURS: 7 hour shifts, 2 day per week
BC/BE REQUIREMENTS: Board certified or board eligible
RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate patients, medication management, reviews and adjusts dose level as needed in the community.
