Position Overview
Full-time permanent opportunity with a well-established nonprofit outpatient behavioral health organization serving a diverse community. Join a collaborative team providing psychiatric care for patients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, panic disorders, substance use disorders, and other common behavioral health conditions across the lifespan.
Schedule & Location
Hybrid schedule with 40 hours per week, including approximately three days on-site and the remaining days via telehealth. Flexible scheduling within clinic operating hours, with occasional evening or Saturday availability. Providers may work between multiple outpatient clinic locations within the same metropolitan area.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive annual salary of $175,000–$190,000+, based on experience and specialized skills, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Additional consideration is given to candidates with addiction treatment experience, bilingual abilities, and those comfortable treating a broad age range.
Collaborative Environment
Work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary behavioral health team, including psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners, with strong clinical support and manageable patient volumes averaging 10–11 patients per day. Ideal candidates are passionate about community mental health, with substance use treatment experience strongly preferred.
