Long-term locum or permanent psychiatrist opportunity in an outpatient behavioral health setting serving patients with trauma histories, co-occurring substance use, mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders. Providers may also support residential or community programs and should be flexible to provide coverage where needs are greatest.
Flexible schedule up to 20 hours per week with a combination of in-person and possible hybrid options. Patient load averages 8–12 per day, with time allotted for evaluations and medication management. Evening availability may be requested for child and adolescent patients.
Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist with intention to obtain board certification
Comfortable seeing patients of all ages (children through adults)
Spanish-speaking preferred
Experience with trauma-informed care, co-occurring disorders, and flexible clinical settings
Competitive hourly or direct-hire rates, with administrative support and EMR training provided.
Work alongside a team of psychiatric nurse practitioners and other clinicians in a community-focused behavioral health setting offering comprehensive mental health and substance use services.
