Part-Time Outpatient Adult PMHNP in Kingston, NY

Our facility is seeking an outpatient adult PMHNP to supply care in the surrounding areas of Kingston, NY. 

Setting: Outpatient

Schedule: Open Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Provider can choose their hours in this range

Patient Population: Adults 18+

Hours Needed: 8-10hrs/week

Assignment Type: Locum Tenens

Assignment Length: Long term preferred, 9-12 months

Additional Requirements:

• Need to be able to practice independently and already have 3600 hours collab physician hours
• Prior experience and/or passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities highly preferred

Details: 

Patients/Day: depends on ratio of med checks vs. evals in given day

Med Checks: 15-20 minutes

Evals: 1 hour
