Part-Time Outpatient PMHNP in Brooklyn, NY

Our facility is seeking an outpatient PMHNP to supply care in the surrounding areas of Brooklyn, NY. 

Setting: Outpatient

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm with one shift being from 12pm-8 pm

Patient Population: All ages

Hours Needed: Minimum 14-21 hours

Assignment Type: Locum

Assignment Length: Longterm

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be willing to provide Suboxone & have MAT certification (or be willing to do it)
• Provider should have active NY license, DEA, ANCC & Medicaid provider number
• They can accept NP's who still need a collaborating physician as long as the above is met 
• BILINGUAL SPANISH speaking a plus
• Provider MUST be comfortable with computers, EMR and Tech
