Permanent Full-Time Outpatient Bilingual PMHNP in Manhattan, NY

Our facility is seeking an outpatient PMHNP to supply care in the surrounding areas of Manhattan, NY. 

Setting: Outpatient

Schedule: Monday - Saturday, Full-Time 40 hours

• 3 days in person, the rest Telehealth/hybrid
• Provider will have flexibility to make their schedule within this range
• Some clinics are open until 8pm so evening hours may be required
• 1 clinic is open on Saturday's
• It's possible the provider might need to bounce around from the 2 clinic locations

Patient Population: 

• All ages
• Youngest seen is 5
• NO geriatric

Assignment Type: Permanent 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Child & Adolescent exp not required, but a plus
• Substance abuse experience is a plus
• BILINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKING 
• New grads are okay
• Most important is someone passionate about the community mental health population

Patients/Day:  Around 10-11

• Absolute max would be 14
