Permanent Full-Time Outpatient Child PMHNP (Hybrid) in Albany, NY

Our facility is seeking an outpatient child PMHNP to supply care in the surrounding areas of Albany, NY. 

Setting: Outpatient

• 5-6 of patients in caseload will be from the residential treatment facility, due to overflow, but primary focus will be on outpatient 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm is primary schedule

• 2-3 days a week would be a late(r) evening schedule accommodating outpatient clinic's 7PM close time. (3-7PM is primetime with serving patients after school)
• Hybrid/telehealth is an option for 2-3 days a week based on client needs 

Patient Population: Males ages 5-26 (ages 12-20 is average)

Assignment Type: Focusing on perm at the moment

 REQUIREMENTS: 

• Must be board certified 
• MUST be tech savvy or proficient with learning new software
