Job Description

Position Overview

Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist opportunity with a community outpatient behavioral health program serving children and adolescents with a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and related behavioral health needs. This role offers flexible scheduling within a highly collaborative clinical environment.

Schedule & Location

Flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Multiple scheduling options are available, including 2x10-hour days, 3x10-hour days, or 4x8-hour days. Hybrid scheduling is available with at least 1–2 days onsite. No weekends or call responsibilities.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment

  • Treat children and adolescents ages 5 and older in a community outpatient setting

  • See approximately 16 patients per day

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, the Medical Director, and a multidisciplinary behavioral health team

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

  • Comfortable treating pediatric patients in an outpatient behavioral health setting

  • Strong collaborative and patient-centered approach to care

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary for permanent providers with a comprehensive benefits package for those working 30+ hours per week. Competitive hourly compensation is also available for locum providers.
