Part-time Locum Psychiatrist opportunity with an outpatient behavioral health practice specializing in substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. This role focuses on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adult patients in a collaborative addiction treatment setting.
Part-time, one day per week (approximately 6 hours). This is an onsite position with a consistent weekly schedule. Initial locum assignment is six months with the option to extend.
Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management
Prescribe medication-assisted treatment, including Suboxone and long-acting injectable medications
Treat adult patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions
See approximately 12–18 patients per clinic day
Collaborate with therapists, administrative staff, and the onsite Medical Director
Active Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration
Experience treating substance use disorders
Experience with psychiatric evaluations and medication management
Comfortable prescribing medication-assisted treatment and injectable medications (training available)
