Job Description

Position Overview

Full-time permanent Psychiatrist opportunity with a community outpatient behavioral health organization providing mental health and substance use services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive psychiatric care to a diverse patient population across multiple outpatient clinics.

Schedule & Location

40 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, with a four-day workweek. Clinic hours are approximately 7 AM–5:30 PM. Providers will work across multiple outpatient locations, with travel built into the workday. This is a fully onsite position.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment
  • Treat patients across the lifespan in a community outpatient setting
  • Develop and manage an established patient caseload
  • Collaborate with nurses and multidisciplinary behavioral health professionals
  • Provide care to patients referred from community resources and other healthcare settings

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
  • Comfortable treating patients across a broad age range
  • Willing to work across multiple outpatient clinic locations
  • Strong clinical and patient-centered approach to community behavioral health
