Full-time permanent Psychiatrist opportunity with a PHP/IOP behavioral health program serving primarily adolescents and young adults with conditions such as ADHD, major depression, bipolar disorder, and dual diagnoses.
Hybrid, 40 hours per week.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 remote administrative day. Provider will split time between two clinic locations in the same metropolitan area.
Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
Approximately 10–12 patient visits per day
3–4 psychiatric evaluations daily
Supervision of 3–4 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
Participation in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
No call, nights, or weekend responsibilities
Board Certified Psychiatrist required; Child & Adolescent Psychiatry experience strongly preferred
Experience treating adolescent patients required
5–7 years of post-training clinical experience preferred
Experience in PHP, IOP, community mental health, or inpatient settings preferred
Strong time management, organization, and documentation skills
Annual compensation of approximately $400,000, including additional compensation for advanced practice provider supervision.
