Full-time permanent psychiatrist opportunity with a rapidly growing outpatient interventional psychiatry organization focused on innovative treatments for complex mood and anxiety disorders. The practice primarily serves adults experiencing treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD using a combination of medication management and advanced interventional therapies.
In-person outpatient role with flexible scheduling options, including either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days per week. Providers typically see a mix of psychiatric evaluations and follow-up medication management visits in a highly efficient clinical environment with minimal administrative burden.
Competitive compensation package with strong earning potential through productivity and leadership incentives. Comprehensive benefits include generous PTO, malpractice coverage, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement benefits, relocation assistance, CME support, and additional bonuses for clinical leadership responsibilities.
Providers work alongside a multidisciplinary support team that manages scheduling, insurance authorizations, patient intake, and operational workflows, allowing physicians to focus almost entirely on patient care. The organization emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and physician autonomy while offering training in advanced interventional psychiatry treatments for candidates interested in expanding their skill set.
Open to both experienced psychiatrists and motivated new graduates who are board eligible/certified and interested in learning interventional treatment modalities. Leadership opportunities, including supervision of advanced practice providers, are available.
