Psychiatrist - Medical Director Role at PHP/IOP Facility

Position Overview

Full-time permanent psychiatrist position at a PHP/IOP treatment facility serving primarily adolescents struggling with behavioral health and dual diagnoses such as ADHD, major depression, and bipolar disorder.

Schedule & Location

Hybrid, 40 hours/wk.
4 days in person, 1 day remote, per week
10-13 patients daily.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary starting at $400,000, plus $200k student loan forgiveness with 5 years of service, along with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, PTO, relocation assistance, and sign-on bonus.

Collaborative Environment

You'll work alongside experienced psychiatric nurse practitioners and a multidisciplinary team in a highly collaborative setting with strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.
