Psychiatrist opportunity with a community-based residential behavioral health organization serving adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Providers deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care within a supportive residential setting designed to help individuals achieve long-term stability and greater independence. Full-time is preferred, though part-time and long-term contract opportunities are also available.
Schedule & Location
Flexible schedule of 24-40 hours per week with providers choosing a consistent weekday schedule during standard daytime clinic hours. This is an onsite or hybrid opportunity across multiple residential locations within the same metropolitan area. No call responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Locum providers earn $220-$230/hour, with higher rates available for onsite coverage. Permanent opportunities offer starting salaries of $275,000+, with compensation based on experience and negotiation. Malpractice coverage is provided, and credentialing is typically completed within 2-3 weeks for a fast start.
