Position Overview
Full-time permanent psychiatrist opportunity with an innovative outpatient behavioral health practice focused on delivering evidence-based care for adolescents and adults. Providers will perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, collaborate on quality initiatives, and have opportunities to participate in clinical research and advanced treatment programs. Optional supervision of advanced practice providers is available for those interested.
Schedule & Location
Full-time, four-day workweek with flexible scheduling during standard daytime clinic hours. This is primarily an onsite position, with potential hybrid flexibility as the practice continues to grow.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation with a base salary ranging from $150,000-$300,000 depending on experience, plus a productivity-based earning model offering significant upside. Relocation assistance is available for full-time providers.
