Locum Full-Time Inpatient Forensic Psychiatrist in Elmira, NY

Our facility is seeking a full-time inpatient forensic psychiatrist to supply care in the surrounding areas of Elmira, NY.

Setting: Adult Inpatient

Population: Adult intermediate care which means the patients have failed to be dischargeable from a community

behavioral unit after 3-8 weeks of care there. There are three teams managing a total census of 47.

Hours: 40 hours, Monday- Friday, 8a- 4:30p

Preferred Length of Assignment: Long term, 6-9 months with the option to extend.

Type of Assignment: Locum Only

BC/BE Requirements: 

• Must be Board Certified or Truly BE
  
• Must be licensed in NY
