Our facility is seeking an outpatient forensic psychiatrist to supply care in the surrounding areas of Comstock, NY.
Setting: Adult Outpatient
Hours: 24 hours per week
Schedule: Monday- Wednesday, 8am-4pm
Assignment Length: 6 Months with the option to extend
BC/BE Requirements:
- Must be Board Certified or Truly BE
- One year min forensic experience. Volunteer/teaching will be considered toward the experience requirement.
- Candidate needs to be self-sufficient in terms of tasks support staff would typically provide. Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- There is a large campus and a great deal of walking with stairs, both inside and outside, is required.
Details:
Patients/Day: 8-10
Med Checks: 30 mins for follow ups
Evals: 1 hour for initial evaluation
