Position Overview
Psychiatrist opportunity with a community-based behavioral health organization serving individuals with serious mental illness through an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model. Providers deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative treatment planning while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patients in community-based settings. Full-time is preferred, though part-time schedules of 24+ hours per week are available.
Schedule & Location
Flexible 24-40 hour weekday schedule within standard business hours. This is a hybrid position combining in-person community and clinic-based care with virtual visits. Minimal on-call responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Permanent positions offer a starting salary of $230,000+, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for salary negotiation based on experience. Locum providers earn $210-$220 per hour, with malpractice coverage provided. Company vehicle access or mileage reimbursement is available for community travel.
Collaborative Environment
Work as part of a well-established multidisciplinary ACT team with strong administrative support and daily collaborative care planning.
