Our facility is seeking an outpatient adult psychiatrist medical director to supply care in the surrounding areas of Norristown, PA.
Setting: Outpatient
Schedule: Clinic is open Monday- Friday, 8am-7pm. Provider can pick hours in between these shifts.
Patient Population: 18+
Hours Needed:16-40 hours
Assignment Type: Locum to permanent is the preference. Locums for 3 months then transition into a permanent role. Will also consider straight permanent.
Additional Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Previous experience in a leadership role/medical director role
Details:
Patients/Day: 70% clinical and 30% admin oversight.
Med Checks: 15 min med checks (20-30 mins for the first time you see the patient and then shorter follow ups after the patient is more established).
Evalss:1 hour initial evaluations
Administrative: This includes overseeing meetings with other providers, being available for consulting with nurse staffing if they have questions.
